So I have a midterm tomorrow for US History and I have to stay after school for Algebra 2. I got honor roll this quarter so that's good. I ate alright I guess.
Todays Intake:
Chicken Casserole - 250
Cake =x dont wanna know
hotdog on an egg bun w/ mustard & ketchup- dont know
and that's it. wow it wasnt as bad as I thought it was. So my cousin Ashley has a job at the Dunkin Donuts right by my house and I got an application from there. So hopefully I get hired there ASAP! I am so in need of money and a job and a car its not even funny. I want to be more independent. & I wanna be able to shop! =p
I worked out today too. Here's my workout routine:
first I stretch then I do
25 crunches
25 bicycles
25 lunges
25 squats
5, 15 second wall sits
12 inner thigh workouts
20 butt kickbacks
15 pushups
5 tricep pushups
1 set of ab ladders
then I practice my dance routine.
I wonder how many calories I burn doing that? hmm, I'll have to look it up. Well, this is my post for tonight.
